Primarily focusing on Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist Medicine, Radiology, Anesthesiology, Beau has a broad understanding of the industry and has a great feel for matching the right candidate to the right opportunity. Beau’s role is centered around building and maintaining strong, direct client relationships, working closely with healthcare providers to ensure we meet their specific staffing needs, and making sure all parties have a voice as we grow together.

She is known for her personalized approach, taking the time to understand the unique needs of both physicians and healthcare facilities to create meaningful, lasting connections. Carly’s focus is on scaling Premier’s clinician pool to meet the growing needs of our clients while ensuring seamless placements and retention.

In response to customer demand in 2015, Mark and Laura launched Premier Physician Services. Conducting searches for locum and permanent candidates by taking their internal “best practices” for credentialing and scheduling and applying it to include Physicians and mid-level professionals, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants to their recruiting and staffing portfolio.
